I am an applied economist specialised in policy support, impact investing, financing for development and montitoring and evaluation, working in a vast range of developing and developed countries. I am associate researcher at NOVAFRICA, Nova Business School of Management and Economics and an invited lecturer at ISCTE in Portugal. I have worked for the World Bank, European Union and USAID, among others.
